How it works

The booking links and availability modules on this site point to GetYourGuide, a platform selling tours and activities. They contain a partner identifier. If you book after following one, GetYourGuide pays this site a percentage of the booking. What you see on GetYourGuide is identical, whether you arrive here or from elsewhere.

What this changes in what I write

Nothing in the facts, and I strive for nothing in the tone. The ratings and number of reviews displayed are those of GetYourGuide visitors, not mine. The review pages are written before a link is added, and they state what disappoints: the smartphone audio tour has only one published review, and I refuse to call that a rating; the Paris Museum Pass has the lowest average in the selection and is useless for those who only visit Saint-Denis.

Above all, the best visit to the monument earns me nothing: the guided tour in French is included in the admission ticket, it departs at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m., and I recommend it on almost every page, particularly the guided tours page. No operator pays me, reviews these pages, or chooses what appears on them.

What this site does not do

It does not sell anything itself, does not process any payments, and does not see any of your booking data. It does not display any prices: prices change, and the only figure that matters is the one on the booking page for that day. It also does not say "book" when it is not necessary: the nave is freely accessible, a significant portion of visitors enter the necropolis for free, and the page on free admission details this category by category.
